Our market leading automation platform(Droidal) and solution seamlessly integrates into existing business processes while improving the overall patient experience.

We’re seeking a Manager of Business Development to join us in expanding our Healthcare Automation as a service practice on a national scale. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with healthcare organizations, identify opportunities to win new business, and work closely with the Droidal leadership team to ensure our intelligent automation platform and its solutions are presented well to our clients to help solve their automation objectives.

Our ideal candidate is a sales leader with a proven track record of new business development within the Healthcare automation and/or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services industry, and a demonstrated history of establishing and developing partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers across the country.

Must be able to work in our Dallas HQ (Plano/Frisco) on a full time or hybrid setting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilize various strategies to generate leads and secure new business such as conducting thorough market research, networking, meetings, referrals, and attending industry conferences to increase company visibility and business opportunities
  • Sell Droidal platform for automation and the implementation services to prospective client companies (Health care providers – Hospitals and home health, Physicians groups and specialty care, Dental service organizations (DSOs), Hospices, Nursing and residential care, ambulatory surgery centers and others)
  • Complete all aspects of the sales cycle, using a consultative approach, including prospecting/cold calls, presentations/meetings, contract negotiation, manage bill rates and conversion rates, and relationship development
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with prospects and existing clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Uncover immediate needs in target markets through leads and follow-ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth
  • Collaborate with the delivery team regarding automation and AI technologies and client requirements to ensure client need matches and addressed in a timely manner
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge (in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Robotic Process Automation and AI)
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients
  • Work with other Droidal teams to cross sell all Droidal RCM support staffing and Consulting services

Necessary Skills and Abilities

  • A strong candidate who has proven track record of selling RCM(Revenue Cycle Management) and technology (automation and AI) to healthcare providers – from Physician groups to hospitals.
  • Must have an existing rolodex of physician offices, Private Equity with Healthcare portfolio companies, DSOs etc.
  • Strong presence and confidence during presentations to clients
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess and resolve difficult business situations
  • A self-starter with a driving personality and willingness to take on responsibilities in a proactive manner
  • High level of ambition, resilient and flexible – able to deal with ambiguity and change, within a midsize but high-growth business

Education and Experience

  • Masters or Bachelors degree
  • At least four years of new business development experience within the Healthcare RCM and automation (RPA and AI) industry
  • Detailed understanding of full EMR/EHR lifecycle and RCM functions.
