Sales Development Representative (SDR) Healthcare Revenue Cycle

That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find potential customers/leads who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability


  • Driving new business through outbound lead generation for Droidal Sales Team through the following: cold calling, emailing, and generating lists of qualified potentials
  • Develop a working knowledge of Droidal services offerings, processes, systems, and practices to be able to emphasize Droidal’s services to prospective leads
  • Collaborate daily with Droidal Sales team on the leads
  • Represent and promote Droidal in a professional, dignified, and ethical manner
  • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Duties & responsibilities may be modified as directed by management


  • The SDR must be confident in their interpersonal skills and have an attitude of tenacity
  • Minimum 3 years of successful SDR experience. More the better
  • Extensive Cold calling experience targeting US healthcare providers.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Ability to work in US time shift
