Inger Sivanthi

Chief Executive Officer

Inger is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Droidal with more than 22 years of industry experience managing large business and technology transformation projects that includes Robotic Process and Cognitive automation implementations for businesses delivering more than $25m in tangible and intangible cost savings for enterprises.

Inger has also held senior positions in-charge of strategic business change for global financial institutions such as Vice President at Blackrock and taking various roles at Citibank including Regulatory and Compliance change. His expertise spans across Front office, Middle office, Risk & control, Compliance (Pre & Post trade restrictions), Client reporting (Tax Packs & Valuations) to Operations Processing, Trade Processing and Trade Reporting, Reconciliations, and Settlements.

Inger was the co-founder of Zurik, a startup product firm. Zurik is a subscription based Financial Regulatory Compliance platform powered by RPA and Artificial Intelligence(AI) delivered on a ‘Compliance as a Service (CaaS)’ model. He has represented Zurik in all major tech accelerator programs in the US that includes Plug and Play, 500 Startups, ERA, Gener8tor, Barclays Techstars(London) and Amplify.

Sunny Rai is our Advisor for Intelligent Automation at Droidal. He has over 20+ years of experience. Sunny is a technology evangelist and a thought leader with deep expertise in automation ecosystem in Healthcare domain. Sunny has led multiple transformation initiatives leveraging AI & Automation technologies and redefining how work gets done while adding $15M+ to customer’s bottom-line. Sunny brings extensive experience working in client facing roles acquired through 12+ years in IT consulting space, majority of them with Deloitte. Sunny was also part of the incubation center for startups at Deloitte where he helped launch 4 startups from the ground-up. In addition, Sunny has held leadership roles in product development capacity

Prabhu Antony is the President, Co-Founder and CFO of StoneBridge (Nasdaq: APAC). He is also on the board of Linus ventures – A secondary markets focused fund, Scieniti – An early stage venture fund and S&L Growth fund – A SaaS and Technology focused hedge fund. He currently sits on the boards of several firms based out of US, UK, Central America and India across industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Human resources, Sports Marketing and Healthcare, collectively employing over 1200 people. Prabhu Antony is also an Executive Director & Co-Founder at Sett & Lucas, a global investment. Bank headquartered out of Hong Kong. He has consummated capital raise, Mergers & Acquisition and debt syndication deals valued over $3.5B in enterprise value across 6 continents and 22 countries.

As an investment banker, he has won several awards from M&A Advisor, the leading global industry consortium for Mergers and Acquisition. In 2016 he was awarded Investment Banker of the Year among 650 participating financial institutions in the US, in 2015 he was ranked among the top five cross border investment bankers in the US, in 2017 his deal Starpoint acquisition by Day & Zimmerman won the best M&A deal of the year and in 2014 he was awarded the 40 under 40 Americas M&A Dealmaker award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and instrumentation engineering, a masters in business administration and a post graduate diploma in international business. Prabhu is an alumni of Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Anna University. His business specialties and interests include disruptive innovation, Cross border M&A and Board observer roles.

Deva leads Droidal’s Human Resources department, responsible for ensuring that the best people are in place to deliver maximum value. He is also responsible for a multinational workforce (currently US, UK, EU and India) for the recruiting, retention, and employee development processes while promoting our unique culture. Deva takes care of the various labor laws and local cultures to ensure compliance. He is a hands-on leader who takes pride in being part of an awesome team.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electricals and electronics engineering from Anna University, India.
